使用Quota Arrangement后Min.LOT SIZE被分割

物料主数据MRP1配置如下

在Quota Arrangement中配置两个供应商Quota的比例为8：2，同时配置Min.Lot Size为1

为该物料设置1PC的需求，然后MD02跑MRP，跑出来两个Planned order，数量分别为0.8和0.2

从这两个Planned Order可看出，物料主数据中设置的Fixed lot size和Quota arrange中设置的Min.Lot size明显没起作用。

原因：

T-code:OMI4

下图中的Splitting quota被选中了。当这个选项被选中时，系统会严格执行Quota Arrangement中所配置的采购比例，Rounding qty, Min.Lot Size等设置会被忽略。而严格执行Quota的结果就是常常会出现带有小数的订购量，要避免这种情况，将下图中Splitting quota前的勾去掉就OK了。

物料可用性检查(Availability check)

问题：用移动类型301进行库存转储，系统提示库存不足，无法完成。MMBE查看，系统中库存数量大于需要转储的数量。

解决：MRP3 View有一个字段Availability check，这个字段用来控制物料的可用性检查。OPJJ(下图中的Define Scope of Check)找到对应的Checking group和Checking rule的组合。然后打开明细界面，将“Include safety stock”前面的勾去掉。

可用性检查(Availability check)

IMG->Production->Shop Floor Control->Operations->Availability Check

在这里可以进行如下设定。

Define Checking Group：定义Checking Group代码

Define Checking Rule：定义Checking Rule代码

Define Scope of Check：根据Checking Group与Checking Rule的不同组合定义Check的范围

Define Checking Control：根据Plant,Order type(Production order),Operation(Order creation/Order release)的组合，对ATP Check进行定义

Delivery Time是采购中一个非常重要的参数，最直接关系的有两方面

1，物料的及时供给。

2，库存控制。

因此，设定一个合理的Devlivery Time是对应采购来讲是非常重要的一件事情。但在实际的业务中，能做到按照实际情况对Delivery Time进行及时更新的企业却很少。大部分的做法都是在建立供应商/物料主数据时设定一个初始置，之后便不再去管它。抛开之后的变化不谈，单是这个初始值通常情况下就与实际情况差距很大。

及时到货率在供应商评价中是很重要的一个指标。因此供应商在确保拿到订单的前提下，通常情况下会倾向于给出一个相对“安全”的交货期，这个交货期通常大于实际所需时间1/3左右。如果在之后的业务运行过程中，能够按照业务运行的实际数据对这个数值进行调节，那么能够给企业带来的好处还是满大的。

SAP提供了这样一个工具。T-Code WPDTC

利用这个工具，可以在Vendor/Plant/Material/Purchasing Org/Vendor Subrange等层面按照Calendar day/Work day对以往订单交货的实际Delivery Time进行统计计算，并对Vendor/Material/Info record等主数据中的值进行更新。

1，下列票据可以配置Release
PO,Contract,Scheduling agreement,RFQ

2，Release可以设置在两个层面
(1)Item-wise release
(2)Overall release

3，可以使用的Release类型取决于Document Type和Release Group
两种类型的Release procedure

Without Classification
这种类型只能做Item-wise release，并且可作为Release特征值的字段只有account assignment catetory,material group,plant,value characteristic

With Classification
这种类型既可以做Item-wise release，也可以做Overall release。理论上讲此时PR的每个字段都可以作为release的特征值。

4，SAP Workflow可以与邮件系统集成在一起（如Outlook,Notes）

5，Purchasing Document只能在Header level进行Release或者Refuse。
如果你想对外部的Pruchasing Documents使用Release，那么只能使用Procedure with classification。

6，只有PR可以设置Without Classification和With Classification，PO只能设置With Classification。

7，做Release时Class必须分配给Class Type 032，针对PR最多只能定义两个Classes，一个针对Over all release，一个针对Item release，PO只能定义一个Class（Class Type 032下定义多个Class时不会有error，但在Release class assign to Rlease group时会出错）。

8，采购申请的reference structure是CEBAN，采购订单的 reference structure是CEKKO

在进行Release的配置过程中，经常会看到如下错误发生。

错误原因：

在定义Classes时，针对PR可以定义两个Classes，针对PO只能定义一个Class。

因为PR可以配置With Classification的Release Procedure和Without Classification的Release Procedure，针对不同的Procedure可以分别定义一个Class。

而PO只能采用With Classification的Release Procedure，因此只能定义一个Class。

因此上图的错误原因就很明确了，Class与Group之间的对应关系错误。

PR的Release Group和Class之间的对应关系为：

Class1：Group

1对1 或 1对多

Class2：Group

1对1 或 1对多

PO的Release Group和Class之间的对应关系为：

创建使用价值分割的物料主数据

1，除Accounting View之外，与正常创建物料主数据的操作相同。

2，首次创建时候，在Accounting View的Valuation Category字段选择你要使用的值（之前在OMWC界面Local Definitions中针对Plant激活的Valuation Category）

3，设置Price Control为V（Price Control必须设置为V，因为系统要对不同Valuation Type的物料分别进行评估然后汇总到这里），输入Moving Price。

4，保存退出。

5，MM01重新选择该物料，选择Accounting View，此时系统会要求你输入Plant及Valation Type，选择需要设定的Valation Type。

6，与正常情况下相同的设置方式，设定该物料的Accounting View。

7，针对其他需要设定的Valation Type，重复第六步的操作。

价值分割的物料的PO与GR

PO创建过程与正常情况下PO创建步骤相同。

GR的操作也与正常情况下GR操作步骤相同。

系统如何决定采用哪个Valuation Type进行评估？

在进行Valuation Type定义时有三个设置项

Ext. Purchase Orders

Int. Purchase Order

Acc cat. reference

如果在后台配置中，针对同一种物料获取方式（内部/外部）只有一个有效的Valuation Type，则系统会根据物料的获取类型自动匹配到这个Valuation Type并采用对应的评估参数。

如果在后台配置中，针对同一种物料获取方式（内部/外部）存在复数个有效地Valuation Type，则在创建采购订单或/生产订单时系统会出一个Warning message，提示选择Valuation Type。如果此时不进行选择，则在收货时系统会出一个Error message。在Material标签的Valuation Type字段选择想要设定的值。

价值分割物料的库存状态

使用价格分割方式进行评估的物料，每批物料都会分配在对应的Valuation Type下，在MMBE中查看时可看到对应的分类及该分类下的数量。

什么情况下使用价值分割？

1，同一种物料有内部生产和外部采购两种获取方式，不同的获取方式需要使用不同价值进行评估。

2，同一种物料存在多个供应商，对从供应商处采购的物料采用不同的价值进行评估。

3，同一种物料，批次不同，价值不同。

4，同一种物料，不同质量状态，价值不同（合格品，次品，报废品）。

价值分割(Split Valuation)-Customizing

路径：IMG->Materials Management->Valuation and Account Assignment->Split Valuation

1，激活当前Clint下的价值分割(T-Code:OMW0)。

2，配置价格分割(T-Code:OMWC)。

相关概念

Global Categories：这是对要进行价值分割的物料进行一个大的分类，比如按照获取方式、按照采购地点、按照物料状态、按照批次等等。

Global Types：Global Type可以看做是Global Category的一个属性。并且Global Type需要分配给Global Category才可使用。

例：新建一个Global Category(A)->采购区域 Global Type->CN/US/JP。则采用了Valuation Catetory A的物料，所能使用的Valuation Type只有CN/US/JP。两者的关系类似于Account Category reference和Valuation Class。

配置过程

(1)定义Global Categories。

(2)定义Global Types。

(3)点击Global Categories按钮，选中要设置的Category，点击Types->Cat.按钮，激活需要使用的Valuation type。

(4)返回OMWC界面。点击Local Definitions按钮，已经在系统中定义过的Plant会自动出现在界面的列表中（注意：已经定义，但未分配给Company Code的Plant不会出现在列表中）。

(5)选择需要设定的Plant，点击Cats.->OU。默认情况下，所有的Valuation Categories会分配给每个Plant，选择需要的Valuation Category进行激活。

Split Valuation Customizing完成，接下来使用定好的Valuation Category和Valuation Type创建物料主数据。
