解决：

1，删除物料Delete flag

2，OMCQ将对应的ERROR信息改为WARNING

对个已被打上Delete flag的物料做PO，出现ERROR，将MESSAGE ME051改为WARNING，PO就可以过去。

IMG->Materials Management->Purchasing->Environment Data->Define Attributes of System Messages

虽然对于当下操作上述一是一种可行的办法，但这种应用应该就仅限于特殊情况下。

这些操作不符合正常的流程，如果出现此种需求，实际上首先需要考虑的是之前的操作是不是不合理，才导致了目前这种不合逻辑的需求。
